A queue-management app for backorder representatives to review orders that could not be fulfilled from the original branch due to limited stock. Users could substitute items, adjust shipping, add projections, request transfers, manage inventory, and remove completed orders from the queue. Also had an extensive admin functionality to drive what orders went into the queue.
